For a home that sits in Devonport Park that is not recycling, it is the right answer: a moorland green that reads as trees and grass, a warm paper ground, and a honey accent that keeps the green from going cold. Briercliffe is in Barnoldswick, Lancashire, 300 miles away, and is never shown alongside this site. The portfolio-adjacent build is Yelverton Care (Plympton), which is ivory and antique gold with Cormorant and Cinzel, so first paint is clearly different. Three rules keep it legible: 1. GREEN CARRIES TEXT, HONEY CARRIES ACTION. --primary-ink is the text green, --cta is the only filled button colour, and the italic heading word on light bands takes the honey. 2. THE ORNAMENT GOLD IS ORNAMENT ONLY. --accent-line measures 2.85:1 on paper, so it draws the leaf, hairlines and icon flourishes, and never sets a word of text. 3. PURE WHITE IS NEVER A PAGE GROUND.
